Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in risk management, AI, and IT with 10 years of progressive leadership.
• 4+ years in a senior management role and leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience in financial services tech and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Innovation programs including Data Science, ML, AI.
• Oversee budgets, vendor selection, and long-range planning.
• Align data operations with risk and privacy frameworks.
• Provide strategic leadership for Emerging Tech programs across companies.
• Establish and maintain information security and SOX IT controls.
