Job summary

YES Prep Public Schools in Houston, TX is seeking a Director of Elementary Instructional Technology and Enrichment Program to lead the vision and implementation of technology-enhanced instruction. You will oversee curriculum and enrichment offerings in Art, Music, PE, Library, and STEM, while managing a team and driving professional development and 1:1 initiatives.

This 12-month role reports to the Managing Director of Elementary Academics and offers competitive compensation and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of exemplary teaching experience.
• 5 years of academic or instructional leadership with an emphasis on instructional technology.
• 2 or more years of people management experience.
• Expertise in current curricular and assessment strategies for instructional technology.
• Ability to manage a team and deliver professional development.

Responsibilities

• Setting and maintaining an equity-driven vision in Instructional Technology district-wide.
• Collaborating to lead implementation of elementary instructional technology tools and enrichment content.
• Managing vendors to align with district goals and support contracts.
• Developing metrics and reporting progress on instructional technology initiatives.
• Overseeing and developing the Elementary Assessments and Academics Coordinator role and supporting campus leadership.
