Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Electrical Strategic Supply Chain, a Director-level role responsible for architecting and executing sourcing strategies across electrical components including semiconductors, wire harnesses, connectors, PCBs, and passives.

You will lead a global team, partner with Engineering and Executive Leadership, navigate regulated defense channels, and drive cost, risk, and supply continuity from NPI to high-volume production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical & electronics strategic sourcing or supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years building and scaling procurement teams.
• Experience negotiating enterprise-level, multi-million-dollar agreements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% and relocate onsite in Costa Mesa.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global commodity strategies across electrical sub-tiers.
• Build and lead commodity managers and sourcing engineers across sites.
• Sponsor for Tier 1 suppliers and contract manufacturers; manage partnerships.
• Align with engineering to drive Design for Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations for MSAs, development agreements, and SOWs.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation and dual-sourcing.
• Champion should-cost modeling and TCO evaluations.
• Conduct executive reviews with C-suite on supply chain matters.
