Qualifications

• U.S. citizens or permanent residents only.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.
• 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience in aerospace, spacecraft, or human-rated systems.
• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing managers and large teams.
• Experience with NASA programs, standards, and human-rated system requirements.
• Full lifecycle development of electrical flight hardware from concept to certification.
• Experience driving cross-program alignment and organizational scaling.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering organization with accountability and high performance.
• Build and mentor leadership bench with coaching and career development.
• Set the strategic vision for the Electrical Engineering Center of Excellence.
• Establish and enforce unified standards, processes, and best practices.
• Oversee the full EE lifecycle for EVA systems and spacecraft electrical infrastructure.
• Provide technical oversight for avionics, power systems, and integrated spacecraft electronics.
• Drive cross-program coordination to optimize resources and scalability.
• Collaborate with NASA centers, commercial clients, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Promote MBSE and digital engineering to improve efficiency and quality.
