The Director of Education (DOE) serves as the campus’s chief academic officer. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing academic programs, instructional staff, curriculum development, and compliance with educational standards and regulations. The DOE fosters a culture of excellence for both students and faculty and collaborates closely with academic and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and oversee academic policies, programs, and personnel

Develop and support a high-quality, engaging educational environment

Monitor instructional effectiveness and student outcomes

Lead and manage faculty hiring, development, and performance

Maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory standards

Contribute to the financial and operational performance of the Education Department

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in academic leadership

Strong background in academic advising, instruction, and program administration

Knowledge of education regulations and industry best practices

Experience using student management information systems
