Evidence In Motion seeks an Associate Director of Instructional Media and Technology to lead the EdTech strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement. You will supervise an EdTech team and collaborate with LDT leadership, Learning Designers, and UP stakeholders to enhance curriculum development and user experience.

The role emphasizes standards for accessibility, performance, and instructional quality, driving innovation in digital learning infrastructure at scale within the LDT division.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 6–12 years of relevant experience depending on level
• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard) and edtech ecosystems
• Experience with AI and emerging technologies in education
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage roadmaps

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of the EdTech ecosystem and roadmap.
• Build LDT team capability in instructional media and technology.
• Identify instructional and operational needs and determine technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain master course templates and reusable instructional media.
• Oversee internal tools and LMS-integrated solutions and ensure accessibility and performance.
