Job summary

Evidence in Motion is seeking an Associate Director of Instructional Media and Technology to lead the EdTech ecosystem, spanning strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement for hybrid and online learning. You will oversee an EdTech team, collaborate with LDT leadership, and advance accessibility, performance, and instructional quality across the ecosystem.

The role focuses on evaluating instructional technologies, developing templates and standards, and aligning with university partners

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; 6–8 years exp for Associate Director or 8–12 for Director.
• Experience supporting online courses in an LMS (Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles and solution implementation in educational environments.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating technologies against goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and continuous improvement of EIM’s EdTech ecosystem and roadmap.
• Set EdTech vision and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and guide decisions.
• Build LDT team capability and foster an innovative culture.
• Identify tech solutions to enable scalable, high-quality learning experiences.
• Oversee EdTech systems administration and LMS-integrated tools.
