Job summary

Illumio, headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Director of Product Marketing for Ecosystems & Growth. You will unite alliance-led and product-led strategies, lead a three-person team, and own technical demos for partners, trials, and launches.

You’ll partner across Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to deliver differentiated messaging and go-to-market programs. You will shape GTM plans, drive the market narrative, and ensure successful joint campaigns with technology partners while advancing

Qualifications

Hands-on demo-building experience: architect, build, and demo working product environments.
8+ years in enterprise security/cloud/infrastructure product marketing; 3+ years leading marketers.
Proven track record building alliance/partner marketing programs and growth motions.
Strong storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for Illumio's Ecosystems & Growth practice to accelerate pipeline.
Architect and own product demos for partners, trials, and launches.
Lead alliance marketing with joint messaging, co-sell enablement, and launches.
Direct growth/PLG strategy for Web Trial and Marketplace experiences.
Lead and develop a team of three product marketers across alliances and growth.
Collaborate with Business Development, Partner Sales, Product Management, and CTO Office.
Build integrated GTM plans using alliance channels and PLG motions.
Ensure major product launches include alliance and trial path components.
