Director of E-Commerce – High-Growth CPG Brand (Remote, US Only)

We’re seeking a Director of Ecommerce to lead a rapid growth $100M+ direct-to-consumer (DTC) business for an innovative health & wellness brand. This role will drive growth, optimize the customer journey, and lead digital marketing strategies to create a best-in-class Ecommerce experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all aspects of the D2C eCommerce business including strategy, execution, and growth.
• Own site design, UX, content, branding, and performance to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Develop strategies across SEO, SEM, CRM, PPC, social, and influencer channels.
• Lead planning and execution of all digital content and marketing campaigns.
• Be data-obsessed, driving performance through insights and multi-touch attribution.
• Oversee eCommerce platform, UX, checkout optimization, and site enhancements.
• Partner across marketing, creative, and tech teams to align on brand and business goals.
• Build and manage internal teams and external agencies; mentor high-performing talent.
• Identify and execute on new eCommerce opportunities and growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years’ experience in DTC Ecommerce, CRM, and marketplace environments; B2C or B2B2C a plus.
• Proven success in scaling eCommerce businesses, ideally in FMCG or consumer brand sectors.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing (Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO).
• Strong grasp of Ecommerce platforms, analytics, and digital content creation.
• Strategic, data-driven mindset with commercial acumen and creative problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for digital innovation, with the agility of a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
