Job summary

Laredo College seeks a senior administrator to lead educational programs, curriculum planning, and instructional operations within the department. The position requires a Master’s degree in Education (or related field) and experience in EC–12 or higher education settings, with preference for a Doctorate and extensive leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field is required.
• Graduate coursework aligned with course outcomes is expected.
• Experience in EC–12 setting and accreditation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for educational programs and curriculum planning.
• Monitor student performance and program outcomes with data-informed decisions.
• Oversee personnel processes and faculty development activities.
• Support student success initiatives and advising within the department.
• Coordinate academic operations, scheduling, and course sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to advance mission.
