Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Program Director to lead a comprehensive Early Childhood Intervention program. The role oversees administration, staff supervision, and coordination with the ECI State Office and partner agencies.

Responsibilities include developing staff training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, while managing budget, reporting, and compliance. The incumbent reports to the Executive Director and travels within eleven counties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams or multi-disciplinary groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff, families, partners, and government agencies.
• Skills in budgeting, financial oversight, and managing program expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, evaluate, and support ECI Program Staff.
• Oversee the implementation of the ECI Program work plan and related areas.
• Coordinate staff development and training programs.
• Prepare programmatic reporting and monitoring.
• Represent the agency in communications with HHSC ECI.
• Ensure coordination among Service Divisions and local agencies.
• Monitor expenditures and program income monthly.
• Comply with ECI program policies and procedures.
• Complete the Early Childhood Intervention renewal application.
