St. Vincent de Paul of North Central Indiana seeks a Director of Mission Advancement to lead our fundraising program in South Bend. Youll implement the development plan, strengthen ties with existing supporters, and cultivate new donors under the guidance of the Executive Director.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of fundraising, donor relations, business development, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to cultivate donors and make requests.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and move projects forward in a small organization.
• Experience using donor databases and digital communications to manage fundraising activities.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with current and prospective donors and steward gifts.
• Implement the annual fund development plan and monitor progress.
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities and cultivate partnerships.
• Coordinate annual appeals, campaigns, and monthly giving initiatives.
• Plan and execute fundraising events with leadership and volunteers.
• Maintain accurate donor records and support reporting and analysis.
• Develop donor communications and share compelling stories about impact.
• Help lay groundwork for planned giving opportunities.
