Job summary

Doodle Labs LLC seeks a Director of U.S. Government Sales & Business Development to drive DoD unmanned systems opportunities across air, ground, and maritime domains.

Based in the United States, you will lead relationships with program offices, craft requirements, and coordinate proposals and field engagements with 30–50% travel. You will need 7+ years in DoD BD with strong defense networks and a current US security clearance or eligibility; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DoD-focused business development, capture management, or program management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for government-facing materials.
• Active US Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and develop DoD unmanned systems opportunities across Army, Navy, USAF, USMC, and SOCOM.
• Build and sustain direct relationships with program managers and requirements officers.
• Engage with DARPA, DIU, and ARL/AFRL/ONR programs pursuing autonomous systems.
• Shape requirements and procurement language in BAAs, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Lead or coordinate government-facing proposals, white papers, and briefings.
• Manage BD pipeline in HubSpot and deliver actionable reports.
