Omega Senior Living in McCook, NE is seeking a Dining Services Director to plan, direct and coordinate all activities of the department and provide high‑quality food services for residents and staff. The role emphasizes menu planning, cost control, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with dietitians and care teams to meet nutritional needs.

Qualifications

• Current ServSafe certification required. Obtain/hold any local, state and/or county required food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates. ACF Certified Culinarian (CC) preferred.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Prefer 2 to 4 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, operation and line cooking, and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience leading the work of others is preferred.
