Job summary

Oxford Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Director in Wahoo, NE to lead kitchen operations and dining room service for our residents. You will develop menus, supervise a team, ensure dietary needs are met, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and Food Handler’s certification.
• Formal accredited culinary certification is required; significant culinary experience may substitute for formal education.
• Five years of leadership in a food service setting and experience preparing meals for large groups are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus on a scheduled cycle with input from the dietician.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director to enhance resident dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with dietary requirements and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and quality control for meals and service.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of dining services staff.
