You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery, manage cooks and dining staff, and ensure regulatory compliance, cost control, and high-quality service in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a culinary management role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols and regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dining services department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
• Manage a team of cooks, servers, and other dining staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and patients
