Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in culinary management, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the dining services department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Manage a team of cooks, servers, and other dining staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
