Position Overview: Director of Dining Services

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to oversee and implement our dining program while ensuring compliance with Spring Hills standards and regulations. You will manage daily operations, staff supervision, menu planning, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities For Director Of Dining Services

• Dining Program Leadership: Oversee menu creation, food preparation, and service, ensuring high-quality dining experiences.
• Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise dining staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve resident concerns promptly, focusing on exceptional service.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Budget Management: Monitor and maintain food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications For Director Of Dining Services

• Education & Experience: Culinary Arts degree or equivalent with 2 years of related experience as a Food Service Director
• Certifications: SERV-SAFE Certified; additional food handling certifications as required.
