Job summary

World Class Industries in the United States is seeking a senior IT leader to guide digital transformation across manufacturing operations. You will shape strategy, oversee an integrated IT portfolio, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovative technology initiatives.

You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, ensure secure, scalable IT infrastructure, and manage budgets while promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and technologies (IoT, AI, automation).
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Long-term strategic thinker and planner.
• Ability to lead and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for process automation and digital innovation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leading cross-functional teams to execute digital projects and initiatives.
• Overseeing the IT department, ensuring robust and secure IT infrastructure while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the company.
• Ensuring the scalability and security of the company’s digital platforms and services.
• Planning, executing, and monitoring digitalization projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Implementing data governance frameworks and ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of data.
• Utilizing data analytics to drive decision‑making and improve business outcomes.
• Managing relationships with external technology vendors and service providers.

Requirements
