Job summary

Social Capital Resources is seeking a Product and Digital Director for a Paramus, NJ bank client. You will define, deliver, and scale the firm's product and digital strategy, lead a team, and align digital channels with customer needs to drive revenue and deposits.

You will define consumer and commercial deposit product roadmaps, develop new products with cross-functional partners, manage vendor relationships, and coach a team of product specialists across hiring and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in product management with digital focus.
• Proven track record launching digital products in ecommerce or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills using data to drive decisions.
