THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead and manage our digital marketing efforts. This individual will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital strategy for Property Marketing, with a strong focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Social, Email Marketing, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and digital initiatives, delivering measurable results through innovative campaigns and data-driven decisions.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the overarching digital marketing strategy, with a primary emphasis on SEO, Email Marketing, Social, and SEM to drive organic and paid traffic, increase visibility, and improve conversions.
  • Align digital marketing efforts with organizational goals to support lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Oversee the use of tools such as HEAP, Content Square, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms to track and report on KPIs.
  • Develop comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports to share with executive leadership.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Google certification is required for this role.
  • Advanced SEO skills, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO, essential for improving search engine rankings.
  • Advanced content marketing strategies experience, including planning, audience engagement, and metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience of AI applications in marketing, including data analysis, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns; Demonstrated proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in social media management across Facebook and Instagram including content creation and advertising strategies.
  • The following certifications would be a definite asset:
    • Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate
    • Google Ads Certification
    • Hootsuite Social Marketing Certification
    • AI for Business and Marketing by Digital Marketing Institute
    • SEMrush SEO Toolkit Course
    • Content Marketing Institute’s Master Class Certification
    • Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate
