Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Digital Experience (Back-End) to shape the strategy for back-end systems, data sharing, and interoperability in a remote-friendly setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 years of work experience in operations and/or digital experience.
• 5 years management/people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Prime’s enterprise back-end digital experience, API, interoperability, and data-sharing strategy.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to shape secure, reliable capabilities across data and systems.
• Lead execution for interoperability initiatives with delivery plans, testing strategies, and CMS/FHIR compliance.
• Establish APIs and interoperability services as managed enterprise capabilities with clear ownership and governance.
• Guide modernization toward reusable platforms, including API gateways and data-sharing catalogs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive adoption, reliability, and compliance readiness.
• Other duties as assigned.
