Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Digital Experience (Back-End) to shape and deliver its digital strategy, focusing on back-end systems, APIs, interoperability, and data exchange with CMS and FHIR standards. You will lead cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable capabilities for members, providers, pharmacies, and external partners.

This remote role requires 8+ years in digital operations and 5+ years of leadership, with a vision for modern API-driven platforms and enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years in operations or digital experience with leadership.
5+ years of management/people leadership experience.
Strategic ability to define future-state vision and actionable roadmaps.
Working knowledge of modern API, cloud, and data-sharing concepts.

Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise back-end digital experience and data-sharing strategy.
Partner with stakeholders to shape secure, reliable capabilities across data domains.
Translate regulatory requirements into multi-year roadmaps and delivery plans.
Establish APIs and interoperability services as managed capabilities with ownership.
Guide modernization toward reusable platforms, API gateways, and FHIR-based workflows.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure adoption, compliance, and value delivery.
