Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking an Executive Director, Digital Banking Product Lead to shape the vision and execute a multi-year strategy for the digital banking platform. You will drive roadmaps across client-facing web and mobile platforms, including AI-enabled and personalized capabilities, while partnering with Technology, Design, Legal, Risk and Compliance.

You will lead complex, enterprise-scale programs, manage senior stakeholders, and mentor product teams to ensure alignment

Qualifications

12+ years in product, platform, or technology leadership.
Experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale platforms.
Experience in Wealth Management, retail and/or commercial banking, and/or consumer financial technology.
Strong ability to lead across cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
Direct people management experience preferred or required.

Responsabilités

Drive strategy, roadmap and delivery of next‑generation digital banking capabilities across web and mobile.
Shape multi-year product vision aligned with Wealth Management priorities and client needs.
Lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery with cross-functional teams.
Lead product discovery, client research, competitive analysis and usability testing.
Present strategy, risks and progress to executive management.
