Qualifications

• 8+ years in program & project management experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on experience with development and commercialization of highly technical medical devices.
• Understanding of Design Controls under US and International Regulations.
• Certification in project management (PMP, CSM) desired.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage cross-functional development programs across Intuitive’s business units and services, delivering on commitments.
• Help teams prioritize tasks to focus on critical activities driving progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep stakeholders updated on status and dependencies.
• Perform risk analysis, develop contingency plans, and help prioritization decisions.
• Drive discipline in requirements analysis, design, development, and testing through phase gates.
• Work with external partners to align input for the project.
• Contribute to and lead improvements to project management processes.
• Function as a primary point-of-contact for stakeholders.
