Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Director of Digital Accounts to lead the Digital Account Management organization. You will guide client partnerships, provide strategic direction, and drive measurable business results while coordinating with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

This hybrid Phoenix role requires senior leadership experience, excellent communication, and a proven ability to elevate client outcomes through data-driven decisions and collaborative partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Seven years of progressive experience in digital marketing, client services, account management, or marketing leadership.
• Three years of experience leading managers and developing leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Management leaders to foster accountability and exceptional client service.
• Establish vision, standards, and direction for the Digital Account Management organization.
• Collaborate with Property Marketing, Operations, and Digital Product to align client strategy with service delivery and business goals.
