Job summary

Solon Pointe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department and create an exceptional dining experience for our residents. If you're passionate about leadership and food service, we'd love to have you on our team!

As Dietary Manager you will lead, coach, and support the dietary team, oversee daily kitchen and dining operations, ensure meals meet resident dietary needs, and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous Dietary Manager or food service leadership experience required.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
