Job summary

AgentSync, a Denver-based SaaS company, seeks a Director of DevOps, Security and IT to lead our cloud infrastructure, security program, and IT foundations. You will set strategy, grow a multi-functional team, and align efforts with Engineering, Product, Legal and the business.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on AWS expertise, and a track record delivering reliable, secure infrastructure. You will drive CI/CD improvements, define SLOs, manage on-call and incident response, and advance

Qualifications

• Significant leadership of DevOps, platform, security, or IT teams in a SaaS startup
• Hands-on AWS production experience including Terraform, ECS, and Kubernetes
• Experience owning CI/CD, observability, and service reliability for a SaaS product

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, roadmap, and goals for DevOps, Security, IT, and AI enablement
• Lead, hire, and develop DevOps, Security, and IT engineers
• Own AWS infrastructure reliability, cost efficiency, and IaC
• Improve CI/CD and self-service for safe, fast software delivery
• Establish SLOs, observability, and on-call practices; oversee DR and backup plans
• Own security program across cloud infrastructure, identity, endpoints, and SDLC
• Lead SOC 2 readiness and customer security reviews
• Oversee IT operations including onboarding/offboarding, IAM, and device management
• Drive automation across infra, security, and IT
• Lead AI enablement and governance across teams
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing
