Job summary

AgentSync, headquartered in Denver, seeks a Director of DevOps, Security and IT to lead cloud infrastructure, security programs, and IT foundations for a fast-moving SaaS company. You will set strategy, grow a multi-disciplinary team, and partner across Eng, Product, Legal, and Compliance to ensure reliable, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading DevOps, platform, infrastructure, security, or IT teams in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience operating production AWS infrastructure (Terraform, ECS, EKS/Kubernetes, networking, IAM) and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience owning CI/CD, developer platforms, observability, and service reliability for a SaaS product, including SLOs, on-call, incident management, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for DevOps, Security, IT Operations, and AI enablement.
• Lead, hire, and develop DevOps, Security, and IT engineers with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own AWS infrastructure reliability, scalability, cost efficiency, and infrastructure as code.
• Improve CI/CD and developer self-service, establish testing, release, and rollback practices.
• Establish SLIs/SLOs, observability, on-call practices, and disaster recovery plans.
• Own security program across cloud, identity, endpoints, and SDLC with risk-based remediation.
• Lead SOC 2 readiness and customer security reviews with Legal and Compliance.
• Own IT service delivery including onboarding/offboarding, IAM, device management, and SaaS admin.
• Drive automation across infra, security, and IT to reduce manual work.
• Lead AI enablement across Engineering and business teams with pilots and adoption.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to establish AI policies and approvals.
• Own tooling budgets and vendor relationships; forecast spend and negotiate contracts.
