Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of senior development operations or fundraising infrastructure experience.
• Proven Salesforce CRM management, donor data handling, reporting, and compliance.
• Deep knowledge of annual fund strategy, moves management, and campaign infrastructure.
• Ability to support executive leadership with insights, analysis, and dashboards.
• Strong project management, systems thinking, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead development operations with rigor, accuracy, and scalability.
• Oversee Salesforce CRM strategy, gift processing, data integrity, and reporting.
• Establish SOPs for acknowledgments, receipts, pledges, and compliance.
• Translate data into dashboards, forecasts, and analytics for fundraising decisions.
• Provide strategic leadership for the annual fund.
• Guide moves management across the donor pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow donor acquisition, retention, and upgrades.
• Oversee solicitation strategy and campaign execution with Marketing.
• Operational leadership for major gifts, multi-year commitments, and restricted funds.
• Manage pledge schedules, reminders, and fulfillment tracking.
• Ensure donor intent, recognition, and stewardship across systems.
• Prepare board materials and reports to support governance.
• Equip board members with research and follow-through systems.
• Collaborate with Finance on reconciliation and audit readiness.
• Maintain IRS compliance and donor privacy standards.
• Lead development operations staff and contractors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and donor experience.
• Serve as strategic partner on fundraising infrastructure.
