Job summary

• Seven years of progressive advancement experience with major gifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Advancement and Foundation staff.
• Set annual fundraising goals and monitor performance.
• Oversee donor relations, stewardship, and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Plan and oversee donor events and foundation initiatives.
