The University of New Mexico Foundation seeks a dynamic Director of Development to support philanthropic growth for UNM Hospitals and UNM Children’s Hospital. The role partners with hospital leadership to foster a culture of philanthropy that strengthens health care for communities across New Mexico.

This full-time professional position is based in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in major gifts, donor portfolio management, and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years successful fundraising and development experience.
• Proven track record securing major gifts and managing donor portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Secure major gifts and deepen donor engagement.
• Manage a donor portfolio and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Hospital leadership to advance fundraising priorities.
• Utilize CRM donor management systems and travel for donor meetings.
