Job summary

The University of New Mexico Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Director of Development for the Grateful Patient & Family Program. This role will lead development strategies to increase philanthropic support from Grateful Patients, families, and friends for the University of New Mexico.

Responsibilities include managing fundraising activities across face-to-face engagements, telemarketing, direct mail, and email campaigns to build the donor pipeline and grow major gifts for the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in major gift fundraising.
• Experience in higher education healthcare/GPF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase philanthropic support for UNM.
• Oversee Grateful Patient & Family Program fundraising activities including face-to-face engagements, telemarketing, direct mail, and email campaigns.
• Grow donor pipeline and major gifts for the university.
