Job summary

Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health seeks a Managing Director, Development to lead the ODAR fundraising team (5–6) and drive major gifts, principal gifts, and corporate/foundation relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years of nonprofit fundraising with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy and annual/multi-year plans.
• Manage 5–6-person fundraising team and mentor staff.
• Oversee major, principal gifts and corporate/foundation relations.
