Responsibilities

• Build and lead a fundraising team to achieve Harvard Chan priorities.
• Develop multi-year fundraising plans aligned with school priorities.
• Manage major gifts, principal gifts, and partnerships with key donors.
• Oversee communications, events, stewardship, and proposal development.
• Collaborate across university offices to ensure integrated fundraising efforts.
• Monitor progress and report updates to senior leadership.
