• Experience with donor databases and fundraising technology (DonorPerfect preferred) and email marketing platforms (Constant Contact preferred).

• Oversee grants, development communications, and fundraising calendars.
• Manage department budget and analyze fundraising performance; ensure compliance and confidentiality.
