The University of Cincinnati Foundation is seeking a Director of Development, Athletics to drive philanthropic resources for UC Athletics programs. Structure
The Director of Development, Athletics is an exempt (salaried) position employed by the University of Cincinnati Foundation (UCF) and reports to the Senior Director of Development, Athletics.
Focus
The Director of Development, Athletics will work as part of the University of Cincinnati Athletics Fundraising team (UCATS) to drive philanthropic resources in support of UC Athletics programs and UC student-athletes. The primary area of focus will be to manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, while also actively working to increase donor retention and move current donors to higher giving levels.

The anticipated starting salary range for the Director of Development role is $85,000-$100,000 annually. When determining the final offer amount the UC Foundation considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
