Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and six years of experience in fundraising/development.
• Two years of management and supervisory experience required.
• Equivalent combination of degree and related full-time work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops overall planning, organization, administration, and strategy for fundraising activities; manages donor portfolios.
• Sets direction and manages the Office of Development and Alumni Engagement; hires, mentors staff, and tracks performance metrics.
• Develops fundraising groups and secures ongoing funds from foundations, corporations, private donors, and government agencies.
• Develops and administers budgets and handles special projects; supports college departments and centers.
