ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director, Development (Lead Catalyst) is a full-time staff position and member of the Lead Council, the organization’s executive team. The role will grow FTF’s impact by ensuring access to the resources necessary to catalyze Racial Equity across the St. Louis Region, through setting and implementing innovative strategy, growing and mobilizing transformational relationships, and supporting a cohesive external message.

COMPENSATION

$85,000-$95,000
