Job summary

Q2 Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap, and experience for the developer platform, including APIs, SDKs, developer portal, sandboxes, marketplace, and FDX/open-banking connectivity.

You will lead a cross-functional team working with engineering and GTM to unify the platform into a coherent whole. You will own the developer experience end-to-end—from first API call to production integration—for partners, customers, and internal teams, guiding

Qualifications

12+ years in product management, with leadership of platform or API products.
5–7 years in people management and team development.
Strong background in financial services, fintech, or developer/API platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and execute strategy for Q2's developer platform (APIs, SDKs, developer portal, sandboxes, marketplace, and open-banking connectivity).
Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers with hiring, org design, and performance focus.
Set prioritization and drive platform investments with engineering and agile teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver platform initiatives.
Represent Q2 externally with partners and industry groups on platform strategy.
