Job summary

A leading consulting firm is looking for an experienced people leader to manage and mentor teams of delivery leads and engagement managers in a remote setting across the United States. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engagement managers.
• Drive accountability through reviews and coaching.
• Oversee resourcing and project management.
• Oversee resourcing, approve hiring and allocations, monitor time entries, and ensure quality delivery standards.
• Manage projects from planning through execution, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Partner with Sales, Architects, and Delivery Leads to align resourcing, scope, and delivery planning while maintaining quality standards.
• Drive strategic planning and account reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and improving client relations.
• Guide continuous improvement processes, methodologies, and team performance in order to shape practice strategies and drive cross-practice collaboration.
• Contribute to recruiting, interviewing, and pre-sales efforts while sharing practice expertise.
• Continue participating in client delivery in roles such as Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, or Sr. Consultant.

You Are:

• An experienced people leader with 5+ years of personnel management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance oversight.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of engagement managers, client service leads and delivery leads, supporting career growth while ensuring effective project management practices.
