• Proven experience validating business outcomes using large datasets.
• Advanced SQL and data analytics skills.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise framework for analytical validation across underwriting.
• Validate outcomes and financial impacts of data, logic, and config changes.
• Lead P&L and forecasting validation and risk assessment.
• Partner with business and finance to investigate variances.
• Develop self-service reporting solutions for timely insights.
• Create KPIs, scorecards, dashboards to measure quality and outcomes.
