Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Decision Science for Forecasting Accuracy and Analytical Validation in Financial Products. You will lead enterprise analytical validation, P&L forecasting, and anomaly detection across underwriting platforms, partnering with business and finance to validate outcomes and drive confident decisions.

You will build self-service reporting, KPI dashboards, and scalable validation processes while mentoring a high-performing team of analysts and decision

Qualifications

12+ years in analytics, decision science, BI, or data validation.
5+ years leading large analytical teams and developing leaders.
Expertise in analytical validation and financial validation.
Strong data synthesis of quantitative and qualitative insights.
Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Establish enterprise strategy for analytical validation across underwriting.
Validate financial impact of data, logic, and configuration changes.
Lead P&L and forecasting validation with dashboards and reports.
Develop self-service reporting and executive dashboards.
Provide executive communications and strategic recommendations.
