Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics or data validation experience.
• 5+ years leading large analytical teams and developing people leaders.
• Expertise in analytical validation, anomaly detection, and financial validation.
• Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights.
• Experience building self-service reporting and communicating insights to executives.
• Proven track record validating business outcomes using large datasets.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy for analytical validation across underwriting ecosystem.
• Validate financial impacts from data, logic, and configuration changes.
• Oversee P&L validation and forecasting validation efforts.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure accuracy.
