CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Decision Scientist to own forecasting accuracy and analytical validation for financial products within underwriting. You will set strategy for P&L accuracy, anomaly detection in live deals, and validation of data, logic, and configurations.

You will lead a team of decision scientists and analysts, develop KPIs and dashboards, and partner with finance to explain variances. This senior role reports to executive leadership and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of analytics, decision science, or data validation.
• 5+ years leading large analytical teams.
• Expertise in analytical validation, anomaly detection, and financial validation.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise strategy for analytical validation across the underwriting ecosystem.
• Validate business outcomes and financial impacts from data, logic, configuration, and application changes.
• Lead P&L validation, forecasting validation, and financial impact assessments to ensure confidence in analytical outputs.
• Partner with business and finance stakeholders to investigate unexpected variances and performance shifts.
• Develop self-service reporting solutions and dashboards for business users.
