Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and management of daily administrative functioning of the Dean's Office and Strategy team, including scheduling standards and materials turnaround.
• Oversee the development and delivery of materials, briefings, and talking points for the Dean and senior leadership, ensuring appropriate narrative and polish.
• Coordinate agenda-setting for leadership meetings and annual leadership retreat.
• Prepare the Chief of Staff/Senior Associate Dean for key meetings with issue research, agendas, follow-up, and briefing points.
