Job summary

Advanced Charging Technologies (ACT) is seeking a Director of Dealer Development to lead dealer sales strategy, expand market share, and improve engagement across the dealer network. You will partner with principals and leadership teams to recruit, onboard, and support dealers, ensuring brand and service standards are maintained.

The role requires strong business development, channel strategy, and relationship management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
7+ years in dealer/channel sales or business development, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of ACT's dealer sales strategy with goals and growth plans.
Build relationships with key dealer principals and leadership teams to increase engagement.
Recruit, onboard, and support new dealers in alignment with ACT standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide dealers with tools, training, and product knowledge.
Analyze market trends and regional opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Work with marketing on dealer-focused promotional campaigns and sales tools.
Relay dealer and end-user feedback to product management and engineering.
Drive forecast accuracy and sales performance through dealer reviews and planning.
Monitor dealer compliance with agreements, pricing programs, and brand standards.
Represent ACT at industry events, trade shows, and dealer meetings.
