Qualifications

• Driver's license valid in New Jersey with three years driving history and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs in the community, including organization and implementation of services.
• Oversee program staffing, performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make recommendations on hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Supervise program planning, monitor service delivery, and ensure engaging, relevant supports for individuals served.
• Be on-call to support staff, arrange coverage, or cover shifts as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with families, caregivers, community organizations, and funding agencies to support collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to sustain growth and stability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and best practices in behavioral health and social work.
• Lead community outreach to raise awareness about services and expand impact.
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, and operating methods per regulations.
• Conduct regular meetings to disseminate program and agency information.
• Coordinate between transportation and program operations and oversee facility support services.
