Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise data management, governance and risk in financial services.
• Expertise in data governance, metadata, stewardship, data quality and master data management.
• Ability to lead governance change, align with business objectives, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DCAM/DAMA frameworks and regulatory requirements such as FINRA/SEC.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise Data Trust capability including governance, metadata, glossary, lineage and policy management.
• Develop mature governance frameworks with roles, responsibilities, decision rights and stewardship practices.
• Partner with Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Drive adoption of Data Trust practices and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Lead governance change management, stakeholder engagement and training to improve participation and value.
