Job summary

Mixpanel, Inc. is seeking a senior analytics leader to build and guide a data-driven culture across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. You will set KPIs, ensure analytics and data science are strategic partners from the start, and elevate the technical bar for data ingestion, modeling, and governance.

You'll report to the executive team, influence company-wide decisions, and mentor senior ICs to drive insight-led outcomes with AI integration where beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management in data/analytics.
• Fluency across the full data stack: ingestion, modeling, warehouse design.
• Experience coaching analytics engineers and data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a high-performing Analytics Engineers & Data Scientists team.
• Shape data culture with KPIs and cross-functional operating rhythms.
• Own end-to-end data lifecycle from ingestion to trusted tables and reporting.
